I hate lying.
It’s not something I normally do, even though you probably wouldn’t be able to tell if I was telling the truth anyway, unless you can recognize the look on my face when I do.
The guilt kicks in hard, after I tell a lie. It just feels like it’s punching my insides. I overthink things after. I start to think bad things will happen because I lied, and I freak out.
